Shipping: At the latest one day after your order, we will send your goods by UPS as a parcel. You will receive the corresponding shipment number from us by e-mail afterwards. Within Germany the delivery time is approx. 2-3 days, within the EU 3-4 days. We have several thousand ribbons in stock - should a ribbon not be available, we will inform you immediately and deliver the missing ribbon as soon as possible.
 

Tip: Keep a small stock of the ribbons you need. These have an unlimited shelf life and do not break. Most of the manufacturers do not come from the EU, so due to supply chains, customs regulations or logistical bottlenecks, it can happen that planned and promised delivery dates to us are weeks late.
