Cleaning cards: To guarantee the proper functioning of the Authentys Pro & Pro360 card printer, your printer should be cleaned after 1000 card prints at the latest. Cleaning can be started on the printer or via the device's driver. This clears the rollers of dirt and dust that has entered the printer over time. Dirty rollers can no longer transport the cards properly in the card printer.
 

Cleaning pens: With these you can clean the print head from residues, dust and dirt from the ribbon. Please be very careful here, because the Authentys print head is extremely sensitive and very expensive. Cleaning sticks can be used several times.
 

Cleaning sticks: These are designed to clean the Authentys Pro and Authentys Pro 360 in hard to reach places as well as cleaning the print head on re-transfer printers. Pressing the style activates the cleaning fluid.
