Cleaning cards: To guarantee the proper functioning of the Authentys card printer, your printer should be cleaned after 1000 card prints at the latest. Cleaning can be started on the printer or via the device's driver. This clears the rollers of dirt and dust that has entered the printer over time. Dirty rollers can no longer transport the cards properly in the card printer.
 

Cleaning pens: You can use these to remove dust and ribbon residue from the Authentys print head. Please be very careful here, because the print head is extremely sensitive and very expensive. Cleaning sticks can be used several times.
 

Cleaning sticks: These are designed to clean the Authentys printer in hard to reach places as well as to clean the print head on re-transfer printers. Pressing the style activates the cleaning fluid.
